Grounded in the proud Anglican tradition of our founders, Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School nurtures modern values grounded in faith, community service, and inclusivity. Our Anglican ethos runs deep, guiding students to build clear ethical and spiritual foundations that prepare them for meaningful lives.

We believe a well-rounded education is driven by strong moral and spiritual foundations, to instill purpose, compassion, and a deeper understanding of self and others. Through a faith and values led approach, we guide students to:
Learn the teachings and life of Jesus by exploring and interpreting scripture

The Gelorup Anglican Parish began as an offshoot of the Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School community. In 2001, the completion of the beautiful, rammed earth Chapel of St Francis and St Clare marked a new chapter, with the Parish and School sharing this purpose-built place of worship. Today, the Parish is a welcoming, family-oriented community drawing members from Gelorup, Dalyellup, Stratham and Capel.
Services
Sunday services are held at 9.30am, with additional services, including Christmas, throughout the year.
Pastoral Life
The Parish supports its community through pastoral care, preparation for baptisms, marriages and funerals, children and youth engagement, prayer and Bible study groups.

Our commitment to building a culturally inclusive environment runs deep. Through our ongoing journey of reconciliation, we seek to deepen respect, understanding, and connection with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. These values are woven into the life of our school as we listen, learn, and grow with cultural awareness and empathy. We invite you to explore our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and see the continued steps we are taking towards reconciliation, to strengthen our relationships with the Wardandi people of the Noongar Nation on whose lands we live and learn, and with all First Peoples.

NAIDOC Week
NAIDOC Week is a meaningful time in our school year, inviting students to learn about the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Through shared learning and reflection, students build understanding, respect and a deeper connection to Country as part of our ongoing reconciliation journey.
Multicultural Festival (Primary School)
Our Primary School Multicultural Festival is a joyful celebration of culture, colour and community. Through food, stories and shared experiences, students explore the many backgrounds that make up our school and learn that difference is something to celebrate.
Round Square International Lunch (Secondary School)
Run by the Student Executive, the Round Square International Lunch brings Secondary students together to share food, culture and ideas from around the world. It’s a lively expression of student leadership, global curiosity and the spirit of Round Square.
